Barry Soetoro tells an enthralled audience in Africa that he is not a U.S. citizen, that he is, in fact, from Kenya.
This tracks with the number of years it took his administration to release a multi-layer PDF of his "birth certificate" that had different letters and different signatures, on different layers of the PDF. We can call bullshit on that. I know for a fact that Adobe didn't add layers to the PDF spec until version 6.0 came out in 2003. 🙄
In this matter, we can take Barry at his word.
